December 2025

December in Anchorage feels like stepping into a winter postcard — fresh snow blankets the city, downtown glows with holiday lights, and the mountains stand bright against crisp, blue-sky days. It’s a magical time when the season truly comes alive.

It’s one of our favorite months at Snob Hollow Inn — when guests return from snowy adventures to warm drinks in the lounge, soft blankets, and the cozy charm of our historic neighborhood. Evenings bring festive events, holiday markets, and clear nights that often reward visitors with views of the Northern Lights dancing overhead.

We hope your December in Alaska is magical.

See you soon,
Holly, Mandy & Anastasiia

🦃 November 2025 🦃

November in Anchorage feels like a quiet pause before winter’s grand entrance — the city glows under early snow, the mountains sparkle in soft light, and the air carries that crisp promise of the season ahead. It’s one of our favorite times at Snob Hollow Inn — when mornings start slow with the aroma of fresh coffee and evenings invite cozy conversations, local art walks, and the chance to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights right from downtown.

Anchorage in November is calm and beautiful, and we’re here to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as home.

We hope to see you soon,
Holly, Mandy & Anastasiia

🎃 October 2025 🎃

October in Anchorage is a season of transformation. The last of the golden birch leaves flutter to the ground, the air carries a crisp edge, and the Chugach Mountains are already dusted with their first fresh snow. It’s the perfect time to stroll along the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail wrapped in a scarf, then return to the warmth of our inn for tea and quiet conversation in the common room.

Whether you’re here for fall colors, northern lights, or simply a cozy retreat, October welcomes you with open arms.

We hope to see you soon,
Holly, Mandy & Anastasiia
