Tikahtnu Penthouse: A stunning top-floor retreat featuring one queen bedroom and one king bedroom, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, spacious living room, and convenient in-unit laundry. The penthouse includes one private en suite bathroom and offers a refined, comfortable setting for an exceptional stay.

We have a process for authorizing parties and other events in the Tikahtnu Penthouse. Please contact us directly to learn more. Unauthorized events are not allowed.

The Bungalow: A spacious apartment featuring two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with two bathrooms for added convenience. The sofa bed in the living room folds flat for sleeping.

Dena'ina Suite: A spacious room featuring two queen beds and a full kitchen with full-size appliances - perfect for added convenience. A dining table for four provides a comfortable spot to relax, enjoy a snack, or plan your day. This room has a private en suite bathroom.

The Apartment: Located in the historic Mayor's House, this charming suite features a separate queen bedroom, a cozy living room, and a convenient kitchenette for light meals and added comfort. Thoughtful details and classic character make this a welcoming space to unwind and enjoy your stay.

NOTE: The apartment is adjacent to (shares a wall with) an office occupied by an employee of the host's small business. The spaces are separated by a locked door, and you will have a private entrance to the apartment.

Christensen Room: A simple, cozy room with a comfortable queen bed and thoughtfully chosen essentials. The bathroom is located on a separate floor and shared with staff only (not other guests). Please note: there is no sink in the room. Best suited for up to two guests looking for a budget-friendly stay in Anchorage.
