Historic Downtown Bungalow
This newly remodeled bungalow apartment, located directly next door to Snob Hollow Inn, is located in an historic house in the heart of downtown Anchorage. The space is a basement apartment with a short flight of stairs down to the entrance. The living room area has many windows and is filled with natural light. The apartment features two bedrooms with one queen bed in each, and two bathrooms. The sofa can be converted to a bed if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room.
The home was built in 1917 by Leopold David, Anchorage's first mayor. The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located in an historic neighborhood with surrounding views of the Port of Alaska, Cook Inlet, the Alaska Railroad and Downtown Anchorage.
Apartment in Historic House
This unique space is recently remodeled and is located on the second floor of an historic house in the heart of downtown Anchorage. The space is a 2nd floor apartment with a full flight of stairs up to the entrance. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. The space is perfect for one couple. The kitchenette has a fridge, a sink and a coffee maker.
NOTE: The apartment is adjacent to (shares a wall with) an office occupied by an employee who works as a landscape architect for the host's small business. The spaces are separated by a locked door, and you will have a private entrance to the apartment.

2E - Magpie Room
This room offers one queen bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer, tea and coffee makers, and a flat screen tv. All guests at Snob Hollow Inn have access to free high speed wifi and our guest lounge with complimentary snacks.
3A - Tikahtnu Penthouse
The Tikahtnu Penthouse at Snob Hollow Inn features floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of the Alaska Range and Sleeping Lady (Mount Susitna). The cozy living area features a kitchen and an open floor plan perfect for relaxing. Three bedrooms will accommodate up to four guests. There is one king size bed and two queen beds. The penthouse has one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washer and dryer, and dining area to seat eight. Other features include flat screen tv in the living area, and free high speed wifi.
