Historic Downtown Bungalow
This newly remodeled bungalow apartment, located directly next door to Snob Hollow Inn, is located in an historic house in the heart of downtown Anchorage. The space is a basement apartment with a short flight of stairs down to the entrance. The living room area has many windows and is filled with natural light. The apartment features two bedrooms with one queen bed in each, and two bathrooms. The sofa can be converted to a bed if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room.
The home was built in 1917 by Leopold David, Anchorage's first mayor. The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located in an historic neighborhood with surrounding views of the Port of Alaska, Cook Inlet, the Alaska Railroad and Downtown Anchorage.
